Privacy Policy
हम केवल service चलाने, account सुरक्षित रखने, consultation/order पूरा करने और कानूनी रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखने के लिए आवश्यक personal data लेते हैं।

Data we collect
नाम, मोबाइल, optional email/photo, consent timestamps, login/security records, game/reward activity, orders, applications, payment references और consultation से संबंधित records। Doctor certificates और payment proofs public नहीं किए जाते।
How data is used
Authentication, personalised सुविचार, member features, appointments, consultation room, product orders, fraud prevention, support, accounting और service improvement के लिए। हम personal data बेचने का business नहीं करते।
Sharing and storage
जानकारी केवल authorised staff/doctor, hosting or essential technical provider, payment verification, या कानूनन आवश्यक authority तक सीमित हो सकती है। Sensitive chat और clinical text encrypted-at-rest रखा जाता है; access role और appointment से सीमित है।
Your controls
Profile में जानकारी सुधारें, account data JSON में export करें, और closure request दें। Medical, order, payment, trust या audit records जिन्हें कानून/विवाद/लेखा के लिए रखना जरूरी हो, उनमें account identity anonymise करके आवश्यक record सुरक्षित रखा जा सकता है।
Retention and security
Records को purpose, medical/accounting obligation और dispute needs के अनुसार सीमित अवधि तक रखा जाएगा। Strong password, HTTPS, updates, backups और limited admin access आवश्यक operational controls हैं।
Grievance support
Privacy access, correction, deletion या complaint के लिए logged-in Secure Support Centre में अपना registered member ID और request का स्पष्ट विवरण दें। Public phone, WhatsApp, email या address पर personal records न भेजें।
Support & grievance
For privacy and traceability, NJD receives support and grievance requests only through the secure account Support Centre. Organisation phone, email and WhatsApp details are not displayed publicly.
Open Secure Support
