NJD doctor और patient को एक digital workflow देता है; यह hospital emergency service नहीं है और medical outcome की guarantee नहीं देता।

Doctor responsibility
Doctor को अपनी valid registration, identity, qualification और teleconsultation की suitability सुनिश्चित करनी है। Platform verification professional regulator की जगह नहीं लेती।
Patient consent
Appointment book करते समय patient teleconsultation consent देता है। Video/audio/chat में उपलब्ध जानकारी के आधार पर doctor तय कर सकता है कि in-person examination जरूरी है।
Optional call recording
Call recording default रूप से बंद रहती है। Super Admin feature enable करे तब भी patient और assigned doctor दोनों की अलग informed consent के बाद ही doctor recording शुरू कर सकता है। Encrypted recording private admin control में रहती है, कम-से-कम 30 दिन locked रहती है और उसके बाद Super Admin documented reason तथा audit trail के साथ file delete कर सकता है। Recording consent consultation consent से अलग है।
Emergency and limitations
Chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, unconsciousness, major bleeding, stroke signs, poisoning, self-harm risk या अन्य emergency में तुरंत स्थानीय emergency care लें। Network interruption की स्थिति में consultation को reschedule या in-person referral किया जा सकता है।
Records and prescriptions
Consultation notes/prescription केवल authorised doctor दर्ज कर सकता है। Patient को advice समझने, allergy/medicine/history सही बताने और follow-up निर्देश मानने की जिम्मेदारी है।
Ayurveda prescription control
Ayurvedic prescription केवल verified, appropriately registered Ayurveda doctor patient-specific assessment के बाद लिख सकता है। Platform या automated feature diagnosis अथवा medicine prescribe नहीं करता। Signed record locked रहता है और voice note written prescription को replace नहीं करता।
Support & grievance
For privacy and traceability, NJD receives support and grievance requests only through the secure account Support Centre. Organisation phone, email and WhatsApp details are not displayed publicly.
